  • The guest of the hotel is obliged to present to the Reception staff before check-in an identity document with a photo confirming the Guest's identity. In case of refusal to present a document in a manner that allows check-in, the Receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue the room key.
  • The room in the hotel is rented for overnight stays. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM on the day of rental until 12:00 PM the next day.
  • If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one night.
  • A request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported by the hotel Guest at the Reception by 10:00 AM on the day the room rental expires, however, this does not obligate the hotel. The hotel will consider the request to extend the stay as far as availability allows.
  • Remaining in the room or leaving belongings past 12:00 PM is considered as staying. If the Guest leaves the room after 12:00 PM, the Reception's computer system will charge a fee for half a day of room rental.
  • The hotel guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the paid hotel day has not expired.
  • Unregistered persons may stay in the hotel room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • The presence of unregistered persons in the Guest's hotel room after 10:00 PM is equivalent to the Guest's consent to paid additional accommodation of these persons in the room. Accommodation for each additional person will be charged according to the price for an extra bed from the price list available at the hotel reception.
  • Quiet hours apply in the hotel from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day.
  • During quiet hours, Guests and persons using hotel services are required to behave in a manner that does not disturb the peace of other Guests.
  • The hotel guest is fully financially and legally responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment caused by him/her or visitors.
  • Due to fire safety, the use of heaters, irons and other electrical devices not part of the room equipment is prohibited in hotel rooms and other premises. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
  • Open flames are prohibited on the premises without the consent of the hotel management.
  • Each time leaving the room, the Guest should check that the door is closed and locked. The hotel’s liability for loss or damage to items brought into the hotel by the Guest is governed by Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The hotel’s liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept money, securities, and valuable items such as jewelry or items of scientific or artistic value for safekeeping if they threaten safety, have too high a value relative to the size or standard of the hotel, or occupy too much space.
  • The hotel provides services consistent with its category and standard. If there are any quality complaints, the Guest is requested to report them immediately at the Reception so the hotel can respond accordingly.
  • Breakfasts and buffet meals are served in the hotel restaurant at specific hours. We kindly ask you not to take food outside the restaurant. An exception is made for additional room service orders delivered to the Guest's room by hotel staff.
  • The hotel reserves the right to prohibit Guests from bringing food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages into rooms and onto the resort premises for consumption.
  • Personal items left in the hotel room by a departing Guest will be sent at his/her expense to the address provided. If no instructions are received, the hotel will store these items for 3 months, then donate them to charity or public use.
  • In case of violation of these regulations, the hotel may refuse further service to the offending person. This person is obliged to immediately comply with hotel staff requests, settle payments for services used, pay for any damages caused, and leave the hotel premises.
  • If tobacco smoke odor is detected in the Guest's room, the Guest will be charged 900 PLN for disinfection and deodorization of the room.
  • The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who during a previous stay grossly violated the hotel regulations causing damage to hotel property or Guests, injury to Guests, hotel staff or others in the hotel, or otherwise disturbed the peace in the hotel.
  • On the premises and on terraces, bonfires and grilling devices are prohibited.
